Terms & Conditions
Customers have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return or exchange as long as the following conditions are met and that the products were never used and/or installed. Certain fees and costs and/or re-stock charges may apply.
Green Car Inc. and its administrative offices and/or agents cannot assume responsibility for any error made by customers. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify and confirm that the billing, delivery, fitment and/or application are correct.
Non-reimbursable products and services
We’re sorry but we cannot offer to reimburse the following products and services: actual installation and/or wheel balancing fees, studding fees, any administrative/transactional fees, shipping and/or handling fees, or any products that are sold as a final sale, products sold ‘as-is’ and/or liquidated/clearenced.
Products must be returned as new, never used and/or installed. If the returned product is damaged or was used and/or installed, the item(s) would be refused for return/exchange and then returned to the customer at their charge.
Wheels, Tires and Accessories
When purchasing wheels, tires or accessories, it is very important to verify compatibility and fitment with your vehicle. Before using any wheels, tires or accessories, you must validate the fitment on your vehicle before mounting tires on them / driving with them. Wheels are non-returnable, unless they are deemed as defective, if a tire was mounted on the wheel and/or if installed for more than the fitment test purposes. Fees may apply if the returned wheel(s) show signs of handling and/or use or installation. Accessories like bolts, nuts, hub rings or valves are not-returnable unless deemed defective.
Transport and/or Handling Fees
Actual transport fees are non-reimbursable and are at the charge of the customer unless the wrong part is delivered of if the product is defective.* It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the received merchandise upon reception and to advise Green Car Inc. within 7 days following the received shipment if there is anything defective with the order. Green Car Inc. will arrange the delivery and return with the applicable transporter based on the customer’s location.
In the event that you would receive a defective product, the applicable return policy would be the one required by the product’s manufacturer directly. The warranties offered on products sold by Green Car Inc. are the ones of the manufacturers and are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable warranty.

In the event that you would want to cancel your order, it is important to let us know as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel your order at any moment, before it is shipped/delivered.
As soon as the products returned are received, verified and accepted as eligible based on the terms and conditions of the return as well as any arrangements made with the customers service agent, we will provide the credit. Credit will be made directly to the original method of payment that was used to conclude the order initially. Please allow processing delay the credit appears on your statement/account.
